How many pictures will I get?

You will receive minimum of 2 photos per room (at different angles), plus a few miscellaneous artsy shots for a cool header photo. Some bigger or weirdly shaped rooms might take up to 3 photos to fit them all in.

What format will the pictures come in?

A lot of work has been put in to ensure your photos will be as good quality as possible, so you will receive edited JPEG versions of the photos. As per my company policy, you will not receive the original, unedited files. I offer 1 re-edit of any photos included in the cost.

What if I don’t like the photos?

I offer 1 partial reshoot after the full photoshoot in case something is missed or you have to add something (if the rug didn’t arrive in time, you got a new and bigger tv, etc). So I can come back and grab some new photos, but it will cost more to reshoot the entire home.
I also offer 1 re-edit of any photos if something needs to be tweaked.

What if I change something after you take them?

Do I need to be there while you shoot?

You can come and watch if you would like, but as long as there is a way for me to get inside, like a lockbox or a keyless keypad, you don’t need to be there!
